Matti Valkeaniemi CV
Matti has been the chef in Liekoranta since 1990. His leisure activities include sports from badminton to snowshoe walking. He likes to wander in the woods and on the roads, with and without the dogs. Practically he only gets off the work when he’s sleeping. In other words, cooking and everything related to it is close to his heart. Matti thinks that a dinner is perfect when there is great company, full-bodied red wine and a Cuban cigar.
